How to make Shrimp Alfredo Pasta:

  1. Start first by preparing the shrimp. Season the shrimp with ½ tsp of salt and black pepper., add lemon juice if desired. Place a large non stick pan over medium heat. And add 1 tbsp of oil. Once oil is hot, add shrimp one by one and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove to a separate pan to prevent overcooking.

  2. to cook the fettuccine pasta, bring 4-6 quartz of water to a boil. Add salt to taste. Add pasta to boiling water. For authentic "al dente" pasta, boil for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta, boil an additional minute or two. Drain the pasta well when done and add a pinch of olive oil and set aside.

  3. While pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce.

  4. Use a sauce pan over medium heat. Melt the butter and add the minced garlic with heavy whipping cream. Cook for 2 minutes and whisk until melted. Add ½ cup of the Media Crema, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Continue to whisk until it's golden smooth, but do not boil. Add the grated Parmesan cheese last. Season sauce with more salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Add the Alfredo sauce to pasta. Continue to toss until noddles are evenly coated in sauce and add the shrimp. Garnish with some dried parsley.
