Back to School Shopping with The Children’s Place

July 28, 2019

We are finally in the back to school shopping season. I now have 3 kids going back to school! Can you believe that? All three of my babies are going back to school. Ah I cannot believe it! Ryan will start fourth grade, Elyse is going to first grade, and Luke will start Pre-K. This year I felt I had to start a bit early and not fall behind on my back to school list. Only because I now have three kiddos to shop for and it can be overwhelming if I leave it all for the last minute. I hear it from many moms all the time that BTS shopping can be intense. Luckily for me, my kids and I enjoy shopping together and continue to do it every year.

Since this time I would be with all three kids I picked a spot that had it all in one place. The Houston Premium Outlets is just about five minutes away from home for us and the perfect location for us to shop with a wide selection of retailers with savings of 25 to 65 percent every day. With outdoor courtyards and covered walkways we couldn’t had picked a better place and our first stop was The Children’s Place.

The Children’s Place recently just opened their new store this weekend July 27-28. It is now located between Gap Factory and the Disney Store Outlet. We were able to take advantage of their grand opening sale and you can too by enjoying 50 % off the entire purchase PLUS the first 100 guest onĀ  both days get a gift card. (see store for details)

When it comes to the latest fashion trends this is the PLACE to shop. Elyse right now is obsessed with all big bows, colorful dresses, and anything unicorn. For the boys I love their dark denim jeans and you can always find them for less than ten bucks, which I love.

From newborn to size 16 (which runs big) you can shop variety of looks. I also love mix and match pieces, which means you can buy fewer pieces and create more outfits with what you have. Everything is so casual but also dressy if you like it to be, as you can see I always go for the button down shirts for the boys. Whether you need uniforms at a great price, everyday apparel, back packs and lunch bags.
